One way to clear the settings manually:

*close Vuze
*go to Start > Run
*type cmd /k DEL '%appdata%AzureusAzureus.config*' and hit Enter
*restart Vuze

*go to ~/Library/Application Support
*delete the folder in that directory named Vuze (or whatever your installation of Vuze is called)
*restart Vuze
